Assistantship Program in Atmospheric Sciences  - University of Washington

Annual stipend (2024–2025 RA salary: $41,688) 

Full tuition waiver (both in-state and out-of-state) 

Full health insurance coverage (medical, dental, and vision) 

Paid TA positions (typically same pay as RA) 

Hourly roles such as reader, grader, or tutor also available 

Must be a graduate student in Atmospheric Sciences at UW 

Must maintain satisfactory academic progress 

Must fulfill required TA duties (usually one or two quarters, starting in the second year) 

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. 

Students are automatically considered for RA and TA appointments upon admission.
